Get exercise, save energy and money all at the same time?

Just a random thought.

Wouldn’t it be like killing three birds with one stone if you played outside for an hour a day? You’d save energy on your TV, video games, and/or computers, and therefore, you’d save money, too.

Fresh air, the outdoors, vitamin D, exercise, less energy waste, lower electric bills.

So why don’t people spend more time exercising outside?

  4. You should blog about: people cutting in line, not looking before crossing the street and there was something else. Those were just a few things that bugged me today. 🙂

  5. The pet peeve of the week is coming. I had a busy weekend at work. Being a server does destroy weekend time. But it’s coming soon! I, too, cannot wait for spring. It’s just around the corner now.

And thanks for the ideas, Shannon. I will add those to my “word on the street” topics. Those things annoy me too.
