Being healthy isn’t complicated, just eat well and exercise

Part of your responsibility is to be healthy. It’s very important in order to eliminate the spread of diseases and also because for systems with universal health care, everyone pays for everyone to get treatment and it’s downright irresponsible to let yourself become sickly (and therefore expensive) when it’s avoidable.

I want to help you make it happen. The task of “being healthy” is vague and daunting. So I’m going to break it down into two categories: eating well and exercise. These two are really quite simple. You can’t be healthy if you don’t exercise and eating right fuels your health. There is no ointment or cream out there that replaces the vitamins and minerals found in good food and supplements.
